Web 2.0

OK - I hope you had chance to research the whole Web 2.0 idea last week. We're going to talk about it a bit in class before we get started properly this week. Late last year, The Guardian ran a useful package of features on the idea and the people behind it - it's worth a look. Wikipedia has a useful run-down on the basics of the idea - it also has some good 'for' and 'against' links, if you scroll down.

If you're finding it difficult to get your head round the idea, don't worry. No less that Tim Berners-Lee (inventor of the web) has said that 'nobody even knows what it means'.
